Dove Crag is a fell in the English Lake District. Situated in the Eastern Fells of the national park, seven kilometres south-south-west of Glenridding, it reaches a height of 792 metres.

Dove Crag via Dovedale

Starting from Cow Bridge near Hartsop, this route follows the path along Brothers Water, passing Hartsop Hall and ascending through Dovedale to the summit of Dove Crag. The return journey descends via Bakestones Moss and Scandale Pass, offering diverse landscapes and panoramic views.
Beginning in Ambleside, this circular route ascends through Scandale to Scandale Pass, then climbs to the summit of Dove Crag. The descent follows the ridge over High Pike and Low Pike, completing the Fairfield Horseshoe's western section.
Starting from Kirkstone Pass, this route ascends Red Screes before continuing to Dove Crag. The return journey retraces the path back to Kirkstone Pass, offering excellent views of the surrounding fells and valleys.
A small free car park providing access to routes starting near Hartsop and Brothers Water. Spaces are limited and can fill up quickly during peak times.
