Dow Crag is a fell in the English Lake District near Coniston, Cumbria. The eastern face is one of the many rock faces in the Lake District used for rock climbing.

This route starts from the Walna Scar Road car park and follows a well-trodden path up to the summit of Dow Crag. The path is rocky in places and offers stunning views of the surrounding fells.
A circular walk that takes in both the Old Man of Coniston and Dow Crag. Starting from Coniston village, this route offers a challenging ascent with rewarding views.
This route begins at the Walna Scar Road and heads towards Goat's Water before ascending to the summit of Dow Crag. The path is steep in sections but offers a more direct route to the top.
